Waiver and Objection Process

​ ​The objection period for the election results is 5 days from the date the election results are announced on our university's website. Objections can be submitted to the Erasmus Institution Coordinatorship with an official petition. Objections made after this period will not be considered. Objections made by phone or email will not be taken into account; however, official petitions can be sent as email attachments.

​ ​The period for waiving mobility is 5 days from the date the election results are announced on our university's website. Without a compelling reason (The student must provide documentation for a compelling reason.), waivers made after 5 days will result in a deduction of 10 points from the student's total score in the next application, as per program rules.
